MEASUREMENTS

All goods are measured on flat ground and measured in inches.

CONDITIONS OF GOODS 

1. Mint: Virtually no wear, mostly refers to vintage that has never been worn or deadstock items.

2. Excellent: Expected signs of wear, with consideration of the age, but hardly any signs of wear.

3. Very Good: Shows normal signs of wear expected for age with some minor visible problems but will not detract from wear.

4. Good: Garment has obvious signs of wear, but overall intact. Could use mending and/or cleaning.

5. Thrashed: Extreme signs of wear and is most likely not wearable, but could serve as a fantastic inspiration piece or mending project.

SALES TAX

For legal reasons, sales tax will be added to each transaction within the state we currently operate in, which is Maryland. Maryland state sales tax is 6% of each transaction. However, this does exclude any donations made to Rhea’s Palace.

RETURN POLICY 

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. If you were sent the wrong item(s), make sure to contact us via email.

SHIPPING POLICY  

All orders are shipped through USPS PRIORITY MAIL or USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. Please give us 2-7 business days to process and ship items. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Also, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or damaged goods once they are processed and shipped. If you have any questions, please contact us via email.

As of right now, we do not do international shipping until further notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are extremely adamant about keeping the trust and privacy of our supporters. Thus, we do not collect nor use any private or personal information for any benefit besides efficiently getting you the goods you’ve purchased from us.
